Human Resources Dashboard with Turnover Analysis
In this project, it is possible to better track the total number of employee hires and terminations within a given period, as well as perform a more detailed analysis of each employee’s information, such as education level, performance evaluation score, and professional background.
It is also possible to answer other questions, such as:
"Which position has the highest number of active employees?"
"What was the total number of hires in May?"
"Which year had the highest number of terminations?"
"What was the most common reason for terminations?"
