Production Dashboard
This is a very interesting case from a company that didn’t know how much it produced per day or whether it had reached the target set for the month, since it managed everything manually in Excel spreadsheets. After a detailed analysis and a clear understanding of the process, a project was built where every month a target would be defined (considering certain holidays), and if the daily target was not achieved, a button was created to redistribute the target across the remaining working days of the month. This way, it was possible to track how much would still need to be produced to reach the expected result.
It is also possible to answer other questions, such as:
"What was the achieved target in a given period?"
"How much was missing to reach the monthly target?"
"How much will I need to produce per day to reach the target?"
"What is the production by machine, customer, or operator?"
